Sergio Scarpetta (Italy) is the Challenger for a match in 2017 for the 3-Move World Title against Michele Borghetti (Italy) since he placed over Alex Moiseyev.
Moiseyev lost his 3-Move Title to Borghetti in 2013, and Borghetti defended his title against Kondlo in 2015.  So GM Alex Moiseyev must try again at the 2018 WQT.
